The Structure is accessible 24/7, the staff in the structure is present from 8:00 to 13:00, for specific requests and check-in/check-out in person at different times it will be sufficient to communicate every need.

If you arrive early and the room is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage in unattended storage at the reception until the room is delivered. Check out is at 10:00.
If you need to leave your luggage with us even after your check-out, no problem, we will keep them at reception for as long as you need, leaving you a specific access code.

Shortly before your arrival you will be provided with a 6-digit code to open the door of the building, located at number 15 of Via Bufalini and to open the individual rooms and the door of the Hotel B&B Madiba located on the second floor.
